Alkanet Roots

Alkanet is a delicate herb available in flakes format. it is aka Ratanjot and Alkanna. Botanical name is Alkanna Tinctoria or Anchousa Tinctoria. The main constituents are Carnaubyl alcohol and Cerotic Acid.  It is mainly used in dyeing and as a dye ingredient. As an astringent it provides pain relief i.e. toothache. It also helps to reduce inflammation and bruising. Alkanet is mainly cultivated in central Europe, as well as parts of Asia.

Rhubarb Roots

Rhubarb root is a natural and wild grown herb commonly called Rewandchini or Revand Chini. Rheum Emodi, Rewandchini or Revand Chini. Botanical name is Rheum Rhabarbarum. Main constituents are water-soluble resins, rheopurgarin along with other tannoids and purgatives.
